Picture defects – the phenomenon of incomplete and abnormal color.
Color is not right – the same pattern color is uneven or not bright due to the lack of fire.
Cause:
1, when the water is divided, the water color, thick and thin is not unified.
2. When applying glaze, the glaze layer thickness is different or the picture is not clean.
3, the material on the flower paper is not all pasted on the blank, or the use of the flower paper does not meet the requirements, and the phenomenon of uneven color on the paper.
4, the firing temperature is low or the firing atmosphere is improper, so that the glaze is not fully vitrified, and the pattern color is not easy to enter and exit.
5, burning due to smoking or underglaze affect the color of the product.
The solution:
1, familiar with the operation technology of underglaze decal, as well as manual technology, master the color of the underglaze flower surface requirements, adjust the slurry moisture.
2, take good care of the flower paper, to prevent moisture or too dry, resulting in decal problems.
3, master the glaze thickness of under-glaze decal products to prevent too thick or too thin.
4. Develop a reasonable firing system to prevent smoking and bad firing atmosphere.
